Clavue GUI

Clavue GUI is the last desktop plate in the Clavue family: a Codex-class agent workbench that spawns clavue/iclavue, shares membership with Web/API/Mobile, and keeps imux as the separate IDE product.

When to use the GUI

Pick GUI for multi-project rails, media preview, automations chrome, and permission UX on top of the same CLI runtime. Stay in TUI/CLI when you want pure terminal density; open imux when you need Ghostty multi-pane IDE + supervisor.

  • Mac + Windows Tauri desktop (com.clavue.gui)
  • Probe order: clavue → iclavue → legacy grok path
  • Independent agent-home or shared ~/.clavue with CLI/TUI
  • Official models = membership; BYOK = local providers

Install · first run

Install the GUI package when published (DMG / NSIS). Install the CLI first so the wizard can attach a runtime.

npm i -g iclavue
clavue --version
clavue auth

# GUI: open signed app, or from source
# pnpm install && pnpm dev

Membership · usage

Device-code login uses the same www.clavue.com account as Chat and API. Manage plans and usage on the website; the GUI surfaces quota and deep-links to /account and /usage.

Phone mirror · remote control

Settings → Remote control → Phone mirror starts a token-gated local host (optional Cloudflare tunnel). Default read-only. Clavue Mobile 0.2.11+ can open the mirror URL via QR scan or paste (in-app WebView). This is separate from imux cloud tasks and from Clavue Mobile chat.

  • Public URL shape: https://…/t/{token}/
  • Mobile: Settings / Plus / Connectors → Desktop GUI
  • Regenerate link on desktop to invalidate old phone sessions
