Agent Chat pauses once on a spinning turn instead of running to the ceiling, can finish a coding turn before the tool loop stops, and accepting a multi-file diff is one atomic write. imux_glob finds files by name. The Windows channel now ships 5.2.3, aligned with macOS.

Agent Chat judges its own turns with jev: a turn cannot close as done on a stalled run, unsupported success, or a done-claim that contradicts failed tools, and the verdict shows as a quality badge. Windows channel shipped 0.3.2 (clean repack, EV dual-signed).
